The rooms at the Balian Resort Higashi Shinjuku are fitted with climate control as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. The rooms also feature an electric kettle, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. Providing a bidet, a separate toilet, and a shower, the bathrooms are also appointed with a hairdryer and bath sheets.
